Owen Anglum has been in the Real Estate business for 20 years and is a seasoned Realtor who understands your needs, your desires and your budget. Prior to entering the Real Estate business he had a career in the steel industry as Director of Government Affairs in our nations’ capitol for Armco. Owen listens to you and will streamline your buying or selling transaction enabling you to make decisions that are so important in today’s changing environment. Ross
Ross Gilbert
Ross Gilbert comes with experience as a new home sales counselor with a major homebuilder in our area where he gained an insider’s view of negotiation with builders. He obtained a Bachelor Degree in International Business Administration as well as getting his C.N.E., Certified Negotiations Expert designation and training in Real Estate Inspections. As a J. Carter Breed Properties team member his knowledge of the Houston Real Estate market is extensive having lived in the area for over 20 years. Ross is very skilled in the latest technical and social media. He has been a constant multi-million dollar producer since his very first year with J. Carter Breed Properties.
Candy
Candy Caulton
Candy Caulton Administrator, J. Carter Breed Properties has been a vital member of the team for more than 16 years. She was licensed as a Realtor in the late 80s in California and worked in the Corporate Relocation business before moving to Houston and associating with J. Carter Breed Properties. Today Candy has taken her organizational skills to a new level and serves as the coordinating spoke for the company. She handles the Property Management activities, coordinates all the marketing of Listings and is the sounding board for Sellers as well as preparing market analyses. Candy coordinates all transactions from listing a property to helping assure a seamless closing and managing the office staff.

Kristi Kauffman
Kristi Kauffman grew up in a Real Estate environment. She has been a member of the staff of J. Carter Breed Properties for over seven years. She is an integral part of the administrative staff in scheduling Open Houses, photography, arranging for repairs in the Property Management division and inputting of data into the MLS system. Kristi also designs the brochures and oversees the printing and dissemination of promotional material.
